FREE VEGAN EBOOKS

Whether you are a Vegan Newbie or have been Vegan for a long time there are four FREE ebooks which you should never be without. I found them exeptionally useful. All can be purchased in book form if your would prefer it.

First is the "Guide to Cruelty-Free Eating" which is a perfect starter pack for the new Vegan. It is available in .pdf format and you can download it from http://www.veganoutreach.org/starterpack/index.html
Vegan Outreach also has excellent information for a Vegan and it is worthwhile to view the whole site.

Second is an amazing ebook "Vegan : The New Ethics Of Eating" written by Erik Marcus. It can either be downloaded for Free from his site http://www.vegan.com/or purchased from Amazon , the choice is yours. As it contains basically everything you could ever want to know about Veganism, I have both a hard copy and an ebook, for easy reference wherever I am.

The third and fourth ebooks are Vegan cookbooks available from http://www.vitalita.com/cookbooks.html

"A Taste of Vitality" contains exclusively vegan-whole food-nutritionally dense recipes. Many of the recipes are low-fat (contain less than 15% of their calories from fat), or are easily integrated into a low-fat diet. Also, almost all of the recipes are gluten-free.

"Desserts of Vitality" cookbook contains exclusively vegan wholefood nutritionally dense recipes. Many of the recipes are low-fat (contain less than 15% of their calories from fat), or are easily integrated into a low-fat diet. Also, almost all of the recipes are gluten-free.

I am sure once you have downloaded these Free ebooks on Veganism you will look at them all on a daily basis like I do. Enjoy !
