However, I do so love the Turnip it's self. And I like my plain and simple. Peel,boil,mash and add just a wee bit of an olive oil based margarine(cholesterol free), some salt and pepper and my grandson and I will fight over them. Now my husband is the opposite. He can't stand the turnip but absolutely loves the greens.
